For the past 38 years, David Bycroft has served as the Evangelist of the Tyro Christian Church in Tyro, Kansas (population 223). David began his ministry on a part-time basis while attending Bible college and was hired full-time upon his graduation. During David’s ministry the church has grown from an average of 40 to nearly 1,000 in worship each Sunday. Having begun his ministry with a smaller church in a small rural community, David knows and understands the needs of smaller churches. His willingness to remain with the same body of believers for decades uniquely qualifies him to speak to leaders and volunteers of smaller churches.
